Staying Healthy

So I have been non stop in my head lately. Just thinking about how crazy the world has become, but mostly how unhealthy so many of us are.  How did that happen?  Is it because of the technology, the lack of proper food and nutrition? Is it from things like depression or exhaustion?

I have to say and I am sure you agree, I think it all plays a role. Some of us can relate to one or two poor health choices, but there are some who have it all stacked up against them.  Then my next question is.... do they even know?  Do you know what you're eating? Do you know the proper time restraints on bad posture?  Are you getting the proper nutrition, sleep and exercise?  Do you know that getting chiropractic care is good for you?

Your spine surrounds your critical spinal cord that connects your brain to your nerve roots, that connect to all your nerves.  This is your nervous system, it is your master control system... your engine.  If this system has any pressure from your bones being out of alignment it will distort or stop vital messages your brain and body are trying to send to each other.  And if that happens, you guessed it.. you will not be functioning properly!  You may have loss of function, you may develop symptoms like pain; you can also get sick more frequently and unfortunately disease can develop.

Research shows that people who receive regular chiropractic care:

-Have higher resistance to disease/stronger immunity

-Take far fewer prescription drugs

-Report improved quality of life

-Have fewer hospital and nursing home admissions

-Have 50% reduction in medical doctor visits

-Reduced medical costs on average by two thirds

-Report better sleep, improved love life

-Improved mental and emotional health

-Get sick less often and recover faster

-Feel stronger, walk better, and travel easier

-and so much more........

So if you don't have a chiropractor already, what are you waiting for?  If you have questions or concerns please feel free to reach out and I would be happy to help.  Adjustments along side a healthy diet, proper sleep and exercise are key factors to be at your best and healthiest!
