NATURE and HEALTH

Did you know that depression, anxiety, despair, stress and grief have all been linked to climate disruptions?  What this means is that if some how your life is missing the elements of NATURE you may be putting yourself at risk. Maybe you have already noticed that you have some of those symptoms and just don't understand why.  Now I am not saying that your symptoms will go away but Ecotherapy has been shown to: -decrease anxiety and depression, -improve blood pressure, -improve social connection, -improve self-esteem and even -decrease fatigue in cancer patients.  How amazing is that. 

So my thought is knowing all of that why not be sure to spend more time outdoors... take a hike, sit outside and just soak up some vitamin D. Breathe the fresh air and just listen to the birds, the wind or any noise nature provides in that moment. Take your shoes off and feel the grass between your toes, walk barefoot for a bit. This is actually know as Earthing, which also has studies indicating the great health benefits from physically connecting to Earth.  Turn off the TV, put the cell phone down and reconnect to your surroundings. 

No matter what your body may be going through your regular chiropractic adjustments will remove any interference from the brain to the body and the body to the brain.  This will allow your body to function and heal the best it possibly can!  Adjustments along with ecotherapy, earthing, healthy diet, exercise and proper sleep are all great NATURAL, non invasive and SAFE ways to help you be HEALTHY and to be HAPPY!!!
